Why Advertise in the Run?

1) You'll reach a group of readers in diverse areas of the country that you may have never reached without it. Plus, you'll receive free Web postings of your ads, a free business listing, free business cards, and free copies of the Run.

2) Not only will you be sponsoring a newspaper/magazine that reports critical news and info, you'll also be funding the establishment of a print information-network for the downtrodden and for the common man. The Ebon Run allows the people themselves to serve as their own reporters and tell their own stories in their own words. This is especially a blessing for victims of systematic injustice. A lawyer with a convicted but innocent client can get the word out nationwide--and eventually, worldwide--about the circumstances and increase the chances of spurring activist response. Any other injustices or abuses going unreported by the big, corporate-controlled media receives full blast in the Run. The smallest and poorest community group in the most rural and deprived corner of the nation who conceive of a good plan to help elevate the people will have a giant megaphone with which to shout their objectives coast to coast. An underprivileged Mississippi child needing a rare-blood transfusion can get the call out all over to help find a willing, compatible donor. Our objectives are to get a copy of the Run into every household that wants on in the most economical manners as possible and to allow every human who has something constructive or vital to contribute to the betterment--and evolution--of humanity to be able to do so, swiftly and pervasively.

3) The Run is just as much about initiating and supporting progressive programs as it is about serving as an information source. Talk is cheap; action is golden. Popular philosophy: Report the injustices, expose the imperfections, complain, go back to reporting the injustices and exposing the imperfections. The Run's philosophy: Report the injustices, expose the imperfections, then conceive and initiate plans to correct the injustices and imperfections. The major problems plaguing humanity have a root cause. I believe that the main source of human misery on Earth is the inequitable distribution of the resources. The Ebon Run will dedicated a significant portion of its space to developing and enacting programs geared toward correcting this deficiency. Important Run missions: The electing of a leader for Black America, and the establishment of a Black-controlled industrial organization bringing our people into the Manufacturing Age and into the era of collective socioeconomic action for the good of all.

5) GREAT THINGS AHEAD FOR ADVERTISERS! Your advertising dollars will lead to the purchasing of printing equipment of increased speed, volume, and economy. This will make your ad prices lower and lower. Also, color capabilities will be added. Those who advertise now will have first choice of taking advantage of these cheaper prices and will be offered advertising specials from time to time. ALSO: The Ebon Run is part of a larger organization: Ad Spread Collective (ASC). ASC will have many publications and money-making projects in the works that will generate capital to help subsidize the publishing of the Run. (See "Seeking Partners.") Thus, your sponsorship will also help establish ASC--which will also lead to more jobs and economic opportunity for the many soles involved.
