Notification Request"
1) Your name.
2) Your age.
3) Your projected Home Price Range. (Requested, but not required at this
time.) (If/When the Club
becomes active, this can be no more than 5 times your annual gross household
income.)
4) Reliable contact info (that you can always be contacted at). At
least one e-mail is required.
