Basic Initial Structure:
*General
Partner
Will spearhead the organization and initiate and supervise all Partnership
meetings.
*I (Keith Anderson) will first occupy this position.
#1)
Partner, Chief of Business
Will supervise all business dealings.
#2)
Partner, Chief of Engineering
Will supervise product development and assessment.
#3)
Partner, Chief of Marketing & Shipping
Will supervise the development of the organization’s marketing matrix.
#4)
Partner, Chief of Legal Affairs
Will ensure that all organizational endeavors are legal and are legally
protected.
Will represent the organization in court if necessary.
#5)
Partner, Chief of Black Advancement & Interracial Outreach
Investing financial contributions in endeavors most beneficial to Blacks. Also,
initiating and operating progressive programs regarding such. Investing
financial contributions in endeavors which strengthen our base of allies. Also,
initiating and operating progressive programs regarding such.
#6)
Partner, Chief of Development
In charge of investing the expansion proceeds in the best manners which expand
the organization’s capabilities at the most efficient and rapid rate. One
method employed will be the use of no-interest loans to participating
industrialists who have the best prospects for successful expansion.
Administration
For Multi-Cultural Candidates
(Will be at least 50% non-Black.)
Basic
Initial Structure:
#1) President
(Will supervise the organization’s administrative staff. Should be someone who
is a master of economizing, especially regarding industrial affairs.)
#2)
VP of Financial Affairs
(Watching over the financing of normal operations. Chief of Treasury, Budget and
Accounting)
#3)
VP of Business & Customer Service
(Self-explanatory.)
#4)
VP of Industrial Affairs
(Will maintain and expand the organization’s production capabilities,
mainly by locating and contracting firms to produce and provide products and
services. Will be well-versed in production and manufacturing methods—also in
new products and services—an will be able to give advise on which
products/services should be pursued by the organization.)
#5)
VP of Marketing & Shipping
(Will build the most efficient and economical marketing and shipping
infrastructure. Will also conduct market surveys.)
#6)
VP of Social & Economic Development
(Will manage the organization’s socio-economically progressive, as well as
philanthropic, investments.)
