The Ratings System
We'll use the standard 5-star system: 1 worst, 5 outstanding. Only the *Ratings Submission #, your ratings statement, and the date of your rating will be posted--your identity will not be listed.
A *Ratings Submission number (RS#) will precede the date. (Example: RS# 7, March 15, 2005.) All RS#s and their dates will be relayed to you as well as stored in your Personal Profile. The *RS# will not be a constant number that applies to any individual. It is only the counted number of the submitted rating. (For instance: If you submitted the 5th submission I've received and the 33rd, you would have RS#s 5, 33, and their dates in your Personal Profile and would be authorized to change or delete only them.)
If the ERBN is successful at reaching
full-stage (high-tech) development, merchants can be paid via a computerized
system. However, until that time, the honor system will be employed regarding
the payment of commissions by suppliers.
If, at any time, any merchant is elated,
disappointed--or suspicious--regarding results, he/she may leave reviews of
suppliers via the MERCHANTS'
REVIEWS OF SUPPLIERS page. (*Too many negative
ratings, and a supplier will be suspended or eliminated.) Customers will
have the CUSTOMERS' REVIEWS
OF SUPPLIERS page. Plus, everyone in general will be able to rate the whole
ERBN process: RATE THE ERBN.
Harassment Warnings
“Supplier-Harassment
Warnings” will be issued to all merchants who harass suppliers for
commissions owed. No merchant is ever to confront any supplier who owes them commissions made from ERBN sales. (They
may do so only on deals made outside the ERBN.) Merchants inquiring about unpaid
commissions must contact the ERBN, wherein I will send up to 3 e-mail notices
requesting payment. If the supplier doesn’t pay the merchant after that, the
merchant should then leave a rating for the supplier, which will be posted on
the ERBN website. Multiple negative ratings from various merchants (or
customers) will lead to the termination of the supplier from ERBN dealings. (Since
suppliers and merchants have been invited by me, hopefully I picked well and all
of you will be good little boys and girls who will operate with honesty and
integrity—because you understand the importance of what we are trying to
accomplish here for ourselves...and for our
people.)
In Closing:
Suppliers have to be honest
enough to pay merchants. All involved should be trustworthy enough to contribute
some of the ERBN profits toward funding the causes or businesses they claim to
support.
As for me (Keith), I will not electronically "stalk" you.
I will not pester you. I will never ask you how much money you make. All I will
do is hook you up with other Black economic warriors or non-Black allies. You
have to take it from there. You have to be of enough integrity to realize the
major importance of what we're trying to do here.
