   During the supplier/merchant recruitment phase, merchants will be directed to the ERBN PARTICIPATING SUPPLIERS page, where they will see the contents below. (The URL of the PARTICIPATING SUPPLIERS page will be disclosed only to suppliers and merchants.) Suppliers must send in the info.

   Composed of "ERBN," your ERBN supplier number, and your usual product number for that particular product. Example: ERBN-S9-GS-3190. "S9" would be the ERBN supplier number, and "GS-3190" is your usual product number for that particular product.

   You must state the exact monetary amount. This is to inform merchants how much you're offering them and will not to be placed on the ERBN PRODUCTS FOR SALE page.

   Next, if you wish to relay more info, we'll skip another line and place the info here or merely place a hyperlink here: "For more info, click here," where you may hyperlink any particular products to the same ones posted on your main site if you wish.

   Next, after all your offerings are listed, we'll skip a line and list these general policies for all your products posted on this page:

(Merchants paid in increments of:)

   This is the minimum monetary amount that must be accumulated in sales before you'll send payment to the applicable merchant. I'll keep track of this to help you. Bear in mind that, the smaller the payment increment, the more merchants you'll persuade to place special emphasis on your products because they know they'll be paid more frequently. Suggestion: $10 is a good minimum-payment amount you may wish to consider.

(Customer refund-period:)

   Here will be listed your refund period (if any) for customers--30 days, 60 days, etc. This tells merchants how long they must wait to see if their sales are final and will be credited to them.

   Merchants will be listed on two pages: one for customers, and the other for suppliers and merchants. The first will not reveal the identities of the suppliers or merchants and will ensure that customers must contact them through the ERBN, better ensuring that they must become registered and credit merchants. The second will allow merchants and suppliers to get into contact with one another.
