FREE ERBN SERVICES
The ERBN will:
1) Post, on the ERBN website, supplier and
merchant info and links that connect merchants to suppliers, and customers to
merchants and products.
2) Relay customer replies to suppliers.
3) Provide free Web space for suppliers and listings for merchants.
4) Archive and make available all customer replies to the appropriate
participants.
5) Tabulate sales commissions and notify particular suppliers when to pay
particular merchants.
6) Keep permanent records for all involved (regarding messages sent to them
through the ERBN or sent by them to the ERBN).
7) Keep a Personal Profile on all participants so that their confidential info
can be guarded and secured.
8) Advertise the ERBN project in general as far and wide as possible so that all
participants may benefit.
Recorded Listings for Participants
For Customers:
Customer's Relayed Messages-- A record of all messages the customer relays through the ERBN. (Listed by date.)
Customer's Ratings-- A Web listing of the customer's ratings of suppliers and of the ERBN. (Listed by ratings submission # and date.)
Personal Profile-- A record of the customer's identity and contact info, his/her registered e-mail address, and his/her ratings submission #s.
For Merchants:
Merchant's Commission Status-- A listing of all sales qualifying the merchant for commissions, with each listing being added upon expiration of customer refund-period for the applicable product.
Merchant's Ratings-- A Web listing of the merchant's ratings of suppliers and of the ERBN.
Personal Profile-- Same as above.
For Suppliers:
Customers' Relayed Messages-- A record of all messages relayed to the supplier through the ERBN by customers.
Merchants' Commission-Payment Notification-- A listing of merchants owed commission payments, including the products they sold, the order numbers and/or date of orders supplied by the supplier, and the ERBN product #s. (Each listing added upon expiration of refund period for the applicable sale.)
Personal Profile-- Same as above.
